Duties Design and assemble floral arrangements tailored to customer preferences, occasions, and seasonal themes Assist customers in selecting flowers, plants, and related accessories while providing expert advice on floral care and maintenance Maintain the freshness and appearance of flowers through proper handling, watering, and storage techniques Manage inventory levels by stocking flowers, plants, floral supplies, and merchandising displays effectively Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for sales transactions including cash handling and retail math calculations Support landscape maintenance and lawn care tasks as needed to enhance the overall store environment Ensure the floral department remains organized, clean, and visually appealing to attract customers and promote sales Skills Strong floral design skills with an eye for color harmony and arrangement balance Knowledge of horticulture practices, gardening techniques, and plant care Experience with retail sales operations, including cashiering and POS systems Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to engage positively with shoppers Organizational skills to manage stock levels, merchandising displays, and departmental cleanliness Familiarity with landscaping maintenance or lawn care is advantageous for supporting outdoor areas Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us if you're passionate about flowers, gardening, and creating beautiful spaces!
