You will design the space that will help them create memories with their friends, family, and coworkers that will last for years to come! The primary responsibility of this position is to create holiday décor designs in a timely, profitable, professional and creative fashion to meet the needs of the customers. Residential & Commercial Lights, wreaths, bows & decorations Trees, wreaths, banisters & mantles Plus, we remove the decorations after the holiday and provide storage. Job Requirement and Responsibilities:

Take and create special orders Maintain a safe and orderly work site and surrounding areas. Inform management of out of stock items. Answer phones, takes orders and answer questions from customers and other staff. Completion of daily paperwork. Proper uniform at all times unless otherwise informed. Proper usage of all equipment. Assist in creating and developing arrangements for holiday and monthly specials. Participate in all staff meetings. Use proper procedures to reduce waste and shrink. Proper packaging of all outgoing orders. Ensure proper supply on hand of boxes and shipping materials.

Education:

Required:

High School Diploma or GED Desirable:

Interior Design education and/or certification

Experience:

Required:

A minimum of 1 year of interior design experience.

Desirable:

5 + years of interior design experience.

Must be able to:

Stand and walk up to 8 hours per day. Travel to work location. Lift 30 to 50 pounds. Must be able to use the necessary tools to effectively perform this job. Must be able to see small print. Must pass a criminal background check.
