Duties Create beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail Assist customers in selecting flowers, plants, gardening tools, and related products with enthusiasm and expert advice Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering product recommendations, and addressing concerns promptly Manage store merchandising by organizing floral displays, stocking shelves, and maintaining attractive presentation standards Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for transactions including cash handling and credit card processing Maintain inventory levels through stock replenishment, plant identification, and proper storage techniques Support gardening and landscape maintenance needs by sharing knowledge on lawn care, horticulture practices, and landscape upkeep Qualifications Passion for floral design, gardening, and plant identification with a keen eye for aesthetics Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred; familiarity with POS systems and retail math beneficial Knowledge of horticulture principles, landscaping maintenance, and lawn care techniques preferred Organizational skills to manage stock levels, merchandising displays, and floral arrangements efficiently Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform cashiering duties confidently Enthusiastic team player with excellent interpersonal skills to connect with customers and colleagues alike Join us in creating beautiful moments while delivering outstanding service!
