Join Our Team! Are you energetic, friendly, and love fashion? We're looking for someone outgoing and motivated to join our fast-paced consignment store! This position starts as very part-time and on-call (availability to cover call outs) with the opportunity to grow into a consistent part-time or full-time schedule over time.

What We're Looking For:

Previous clothing or fashion retail experience required Friendly, outgoing personality — chatting and connecting with customers is a big part of the job A positive attitude and willingness to learn Interest in trendy fashion, resale, and secondhand shopping Comfortable working in a very fast-paced environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Basic knowledge of social media platforms Availability between 10 AM - 6

PM What You'll Do:

Work with a wide variety of trendy brands and styles Assist consignors and customers with buying and consigning Help educate customers on how consignment works Keep up with the flow of new inventory arriving daily Provide a welcoming, engaging shopping experience for every customer

Our environment is fast-paced, fashion-focused, and perfect for someone who enjoys staying on top of fashion trends and working with people. Occasional shifts at our Richmond location may be required.

Training starts is minimum wage, with pay increases as you start after training
