The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions while also engaging in sales activities to promote our products and services. Responsibilities Design and create floral arrangements for weddings, events, and everyday occasions. Consult with customers to understand their floral needs and preferences. Sell floral products and provide exceptional customer service throughout the purchasing process. Maintain inventory by stocking flowers, supplies, and other materials as needed. Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction with floral designs. Stay updated on current floral trends and techniques to enhance design skills. Deliver arrangements to customers with company van. Requirements Proven experience as a Floral Designer or in a related field is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with clients positively. Ability to sell products effectively while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Experience with cash handling and operating a cash register is advantageous.
