Fruit Expert and Designer Edible Arrangements Woodbury, MN Job Details Part-time $15 an hour 9 hours ago Benefits Employee discount Flexible schedule Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Job Summary High School graduate/ 15-20 hours per week/mandatory holidays for Christmas/Valentines/Mothers Day etc/independent/ reliable/long term 1+ years As a Fruit Expert and Designer at Edible Arrangements, in Woodbury, you will play a crucial role in creating delightful, fresh fruit arrangements and providing exceptional customer service. You will take customer orders via phone, walk-ins, and online, ensuring that every order is accurately processed and fulfilled. In addition to customer service, you will be responsible for preparing and designing fruit bouquets, dipped fruit boxes, platters, and dessert boards, contributing to the overall in-store experience. Working closely with customers, store associates, and store leadership, your contributions will ensure that each customer leaves with a positive and memorable Edible Arrangements experience. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Warmly welcome and engage customers to assess their needs, providing tailored product recommendations that elevate their Edible Arrangements experience - Great potential to earn tips! Accurately process orders across phone, in-store, and online channels, ensuring precise documentation and accountability at every touchpoint Craft and design a full range of Edible Arrangements products — including fruit bouquets, dipped fruit boxes, platters, and dessert boards — in accordance with company standards and portion guidelines Uphold strict food safety and sanitation protocols throughout all stages of food preparation, packaging, and handling Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready environment through consistent upkeep of work areas, equipment, utensils, and supplies Partner with team members to drive efficient store operations and ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time Support store leadership by remaining flexible and responsive to shifting priorities and additional duties as needed Experience & Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and point of sale systems Ability to learn and adhere to quality, cleanliness, and inspection standards for food preparation Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships and ensure customer loyalty Demonstrated ability to manage difficult customer interactions calmly and professionally Willingness to take responsibility for learning all aspects of the position and continuously improving Punctual and reliable, with the ability to work assigned shifts and show up on time consistently Ability to receive and apply constructive feedback from supervisors or managers Excellent verbal and written communication skills Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment Physical And Additional Requirements Ability to lift, carry, and/or push objects weighing up to 50 lbs. Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and scooping throughout shifts. Must be able to stand and move about the entire work shift.
