Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, efficient, and passionate about floral artistry. You'll collaborate with our in-house team to bring sophisticated and on-brand floral visions to life—from intimate gatherings to large-scale luxury installations. Responsibilities Design and create premium floral arrangements, including centerpieces, bouquets, installations, and statement pieces Execute floral prep, production, and on-site event installations Interpret design briefs and event mood boards with consistency and creativity Maintain a clean, organized, and professional floral workspace Handle flowers with care to preserve quality and longevity Break down floral installations post-event when required Collaborate professionally with fellow designers, planners, and production teams Qualifications Experience in Floral design (event or wedding focus preferred) Strong knowledge of floral materials, techniques, and industry best practices Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Comfortable with physical work, lifting up to 30 lbs, and working on your feet for extended periods Flexible schedule, including some early mornings, late evenings, and weekends Must be punctual, reliable, and maintain a professional appearance Portfolio or examples of previous work highly encouraged What We Offer Competitive freelance rates Opportunities for ongoing work based on performance and availability A collaborative, creative environment with a supportive production team Exposure to high-end clientele and luxury event work
