Job Summary Seasonal Part-Time Floral Design & Delivery Assistant. Join our vibrant team as a Floral Assistant In this energetic role, you will assist customers with their floral needs, create beautiful floral arrangements. Your floral design and customer service will help inspire our shoppers and ensure they leave with the perfect blooms. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your horticultural skills while working in a lively retail environment. Duties Assist customers in selecting flowers, for the right occasion. Create stunning floral arrangements for various occasions, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and presentation Maintain the floral and organizing merchandise. Support outdoor work activities such as setting up for events, such as Wedding, birthdays or holiday gathering. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for sales transactions, handle cashing out accurately, and process e-commerce orders when applicable Provide excellent customer service through phone communication and in-person interactions to address inquiries or special requests Assist with merchandising efforts by organizing stock, labeling products clearly, and ensuring proper signage for easy shopping Requirements Valid drivers license l Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, retail math, and cash handling procedures Knowledge of floral design techniques and plant. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Excellent organizational skills to manage stock levels, merchandising displays, and departmental cleanliness Passion for horticulture, landscaping, or gardening with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills Reliable team player with outstanding customer service skills who can handle multiple tasks efficiently Embark on a rewarding journey where your love for plants meets your passion for helping others!
