The ideal candidate is an experienced floral designer who can create high-quality arrangements while helping coordinate daily production, workflow, and quality control.
Responsibilities include:
Designing everyday, sympathy, funeral, holiday, and special-event arrangements Reproducing arrangements from photographs and customer selections Prioritizing orders and coordinating daily production Checking completed work for quality and accuracy Processing and caring for fresh flowers Organizing coolers, supplies, and production areas Assisting with inventory and purchasing needs Guiding and supporting other floral staff Helping maintain an efficient, organized workplace Supporting increased production during major floral holidays
Qualifications:
At least three years of professional floral-design experience Experience working in a retail flower shop or similar high-volume environment Strong sympathy and funeral-design experience preferred Ability to work efficiently while maintaining consistent quality Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills Supervisory or production-lead experience preferred Weekend and holiday availability during peak periods Reliable attendance and transportation Portfolio or photographs of prior floral work preferred Employer details will be shared with qualified candidates during the interview process.
Pay:
$30.00 - $38.00 per hour
