In this dynamic role, you will craft beautiful, custom floral designs while providing exceptional customer service. Your passion for flowers will help us create memorable experiences for our clients, whether they're celebrating a special event or enhancing their everyday spaces. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your floral artistry knowledge in a lively retail environment. Duties Design and assemble innovative floral arrangements tailored to customer specifications and seasonal themes Wedding Design experience is very important Assist customers in selecting flowers, plants, and related accessories to meet their needs and preferences Maintain the floral display area, ensuring it is organized, attractive, and well-stocked with fresh flowers and supplies Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and inventory management Support merchandising efforts by arranging flowers and plants to maximize visual appeal and sales potential Manage stock levels through efficient stocking and inventory control practices Experience Proven experience in floral design in a professional setting Familiarity with POS systems, retail math, cashiering, and retail sales processes Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customers Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Customer service experience with a focus on building rapport and ensuring customer satisfaction Ability to perform outdoor work safely while maintaining attention to detail in floral arrangement and plant care tasks
