Floral Sales Associate / Designer Trainee DiBella Flowers & Gifts - 3.7 Las Vegas, NV Job Details Part-time | Full-time $15 - $18 an hour 13 hours ago Benefits Store discount Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Vision insurance Employee discount Opportunities for advancement Life insurance Qualifications Sales Cleaning Retail sales Full Job Description DiBella Flowers & Gifts is looking for a dependable, friendly team member who wants steady part time work and has a schedule that fits our store hours. $15 per hour + tips to start, with opportunities for increased pay as skills and responsibilities grow. Wage negotiable. Our regular hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday, 9 AM to 3 PM. Additional hours may be available and are often needed during busy floral holidays. We need someone with consistent daytime availability who can work several complete shifts each week. Please do not apply if your availability is mainly evenings or limited to short one or two hour windows between classes or another job. Responsibilities include helping customers in person and by phone, taking flower orders, caring for fresh flowers, wrapping and packaging, stocking, cleaning, assisting with everyday shop operations, and learning basic floral design. Floral experience is helpful but not required. Retail, customer service, sales, restaurant, or hospitality experience is a plus. We are happy to train the right person. We are looking for someone who is dependable, punctual, friendly, comfortable with customers, willing to learn, and able to commit to a consistent schedule. When applying
