Wedding & Event Sales Associate Flowers by Brian is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our Wedding & Events team. For over 35 years, Flowers by Brian has been an industry leader in luxury wedding and event floral design, specializing in transforming our clients' visions into unforgettable celebrations. This position is ideal for personable, motivated individuals who enjoy working with events, building relationships, and helping work with clients to create beautiful events. The ideal candidate is reliable, self-motivated, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities As a Wedding & Event Coordinator Associate, you will: Meet with prospective clients to discuss and design floral concepts for weddings and special events Guide clients through the planning process and help bring their vision to life Prepare proposals, manage budgets, and close sales Manage client accounts from initial consultation through event execution Communicate professionally with clients via email, phone, and in-person meetings Coordinate event logistics and timelines Collaborate closely with the production and design teams Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, venues, and vendors Assist with additional office and administrative tasks as needed Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess: Previous Event Sales experience, including working toward sales goals and quotas Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities The ability to multitask and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the company Proficiency in typing, Microsoft Office, email, and general computer applications Floral, event, wedding, or design experience is highly preferred but not required. Compensation & Benefits Full-time position Base salary ranging from $60,000 - $80,000 annually , based on experience Commission paid on every event booked Benefits packages available If you are passionate about sales, events, and helping clients create memorable celebrations, we'd love to hear from you.
