Previous experience working in a busy flower shop a must Funeral work expertise a definite plus Job Responsibilities Work as a team member in our stores in Yonkers & White Plains Ensure that customer orders are met in a timely and satisfactory fashion Develop a working understanding of the basic Blossom Flower Shops' Design Standard and accurately create designs based on established standards Consistently create floral designs based on customers' orders Day to day responsibilities will be dependent on business needs including, but not limited to custom design, sympathy design, event design, production design, and plant and flower maintenance Ability to work effectively independently.
