Our goal is simple:

preserve what customers love while continuing to grow and serve our community with exceptional flowers and service. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves retail floristry, enjoys serving their community, and takes pride in creating beautiful everyday and sympathy arrangements. While ownership remains actively involved in the business, we're looking for someone who can confidently lead the daily flow of the shop and help create an exceptional experience for every customer. If you're dependable, organized, and enjoy taking ownership of your work, we'd love to meet you although this is not an entry level position and design experience is required to be considered. What You'll Do Create beautiful everyday, sympathy, holiday, and special occasion floral arrangements Help oversee the daily flow of the shop and production schedule Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone Process orders accurately and efficiently Receive, process, and care for fresh floral inventory Merchandise and maintain an inviting retail showroom Coordinate with delivery drivers to ensure timely deliveries Assist with flower ordering and inventory management Support and encourage fellow team members Help maintain the quality and reputation Weidig's Floral has built within the community What We're Looking For At least 3 years professional floral design experience

REQUIRED
