Job Overview Join our company as a Floral Designer and Customer Service,, you'll be responsible for filling up FTD and Teleflora orders, design for customers, process fresh flowers, maintain store invaronment. Floral design background a must, all nonrelated applications will be turned down. Duties Design fresh floral arrangements for various occasions, ensuring high-quality presentation and adherence to customer specifications Assist customers in selecting flowers, plants, and related products by providing expert advice on floral design, plant care, and merchandising Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for sales transactions, including cash handling and processing payments accurately Maintain organized stock by stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and managing inventory levels efficiently Provide excellent customer service through friendly phone communication, in-person assistance, and multilingual support when needed Support outdoor work activities such as gardening, landscape maintenance, lawn care, and plant identification to enhance store displays Ensure cleanliness and organization of the retail space, including proper stocking of floral supplies and plant care items Experience Previous experience in floral design is a must.
