Job Description
We are a family owned floral shop located in Delphos, Ohio specializing in flower arrangements, sympathy gifts, and home decor looking for a creative and detail oriented candidate to join our team as a Floral Designer. Experience in the field IS REQUIRED, unexperienced need not apply. starting pay rate will be determined based on skill level, knowledge of the field, and previous experience. Shifts are typically scheduled in 8 hour increments and we ask that you work 3 days per week, though scheduling is flexible. Daily tasks will include opening/closing the store (depending on shift time), answering phones, inputting orders into the POS, greeting customers, and general stocking as well as cleaning of the store front. Prepare orders/design, assemble floral bouquets, clean & process flowers. Knowledge of flowers and plants a must. Primarily, we are looking to hire someone to assist in floral designing and building of arrangements with both silk and fresh flowers.
