Job Description
Twin Oast is located on Catawba Island and opened in May of 2018. Twin Oast Brewing uses the Quick Serve Hybrid Restaurant model, and is looking for Floor Captains to join our staff. In lieu of traditional servers, Floor Captains act as our customer-facing entity that is tasked with the following: Greet customers upon arrival Answer any customer questions about our history and our menus Assist in explaining our ordering process, and take orders for customers who need help. Perform table touches to ensure customer satisfaction Closing out tabs if needed Help promote our self-pour station and Hop Haus Kitchen. Full Time, Part Time, and Seasonal jobs are available.
