Hourly Rate:

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to walk-in and phone customers Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails promptly and professionally Use Office 365 and other software programs, including The Smart System, for daily operations Assist with order processing, product organization, and maintaining a clean, efficient workspace Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

What We're Looking For:

Must be a morning person — shift starts at 5:00 AM sharp Must love flowers and know a vast array of flowers by name. There will be a test. Must work well with others — teamwork is essential to our success Must have customer service experience and a professional, friendly demeanor Must be able to stand for long periods of time on concrete and lift up to 30 lbs Proficient in Office 365 and comfortable learning new software tools Must bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic every day Benefits are offered at a minimum of 35 hours/week and may not apply to this position.
