- Design and create fresh floral arrangements for customer orders.
- Consult with clients to determine their floral needs, preferences, and budgets.
- Care for and process fresh flowers and greenery to ensure quality and longevity.
- Ensure floral displays and shop areas are clean, attractive, and well-organized.
- Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders in-person, online, or by phone.
- Price products and create invoices for customers.
