Floral design skills and talent are required. Customer service, be able to assist customers in person and on the phone to make a selection and to input information correctly in the floral software program. Floral software knowledge helpful. Be able to stand for long periods to design at floral counter, and be able to carry buckets of flowers. Assist in flower processing and prep. Assist with plants and plant care as needed. Must be willing and able to work extended hours at holidays, some weekends, and/or events Willing to use own design talent and be able to follow recipes as indicated from order. Strong principles and elements of design. Must have strong working knowledge of design and installation mechanics. Must have a strong work ethic, combined with a passion for floral products. Driven focus on time management and material allocation. Must be a team player, communicate with other employees, vendors and customers. Full and part time available for permanent positions.
