We are building something different:

a network of talented floral artists who can create beautiful arrangements from their own home studio or garage workspace. We're looking for a creative, reliable person with an eye for beauty who loves flowers and takes pride in making something with their hands. What you'll do Create floral arrangements following Hearts & Flowers' design direction and aesthetic Prepare bouquets, floral boxes, centerpieces, and special-order arrangements Condition, organize, and care for fresh flowers Receive floral recipes/design instructions and execute them beautifully Photograph finished arrangements when requested Prepare orders carefully for pickup or delivery Keep your workspace clean, organized, and flower-ready Communicate with the Hearts & Flowers team about inventory, orders, timing, and special requests Occasionally assist with larger events or special projects This role is designed for someone who wants flexibility You work primarily from your own home studio or garage workspace rather than commuting to a traditional flower shop. You don't need a fancy commercial studio.

A clean, organized workspace suitable for floral work A work surface and basic floral tools Access to water and appropriate flower storage/cooling as required for the work Reliable transportation The ability to safely receive and handle flowers and supplies A creative eye and attention to detail You might be perfect for this if… You are already a florist—or you're the person who is always making beautiful things. Maybe you've: Designed flowers for friends' weddings Created arrangements for birthdays or events Worked in a flower shop Done wedding/event décor Made balloons, gifts, crafts, or installations Built a creative business from home Studied floral design, art, fashion, interiors, or design Simply have an incredible eye for color, texture, proportion, and beauty Professional floral experience is a plus, but not the only thing we're looking for.
