Job Requirements Weekend and Holiday shift work is required. We are open from 8 am

• 5:30 pm Monday to Friday, 8 am
• 3 pm Saturday and 11 am
• 3 pm Sundays.

Shifts will vary between opening and closing shifts. Shifts may vary slightly due to store needs and holidays. These shifts are conducted standing on concrete floors 100% of the time. Padded runners are available at the workstation. Must be able to lift at least 20 lbs. Must be computer and technology literate Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be self-motivated and reliable. Be authorized to work in the United States. Must have reliable transportation.

Qualifications and Skills:

Candidate must be able to: Select and arrange flowers and decorative items to create standard and customized floral arrangements while consulting order notes to determine client preferences and specifications. Understand and follow stem price calculations while designing a floral arrangement. Review all order notes, inspiration photos, and spreadsheets for wedding and special event orders. Check orders and ensure they are created based on delivery time and zones. They should maintain an adequate supply of company-provided wires, foams, ribbons, tapes, and other decorative supplies at their workstations. Follow a recipe and recreate a floral arrangement to replicate the website order. Assist with packaging for special event floral deliveries and will calls Clean and Sweep designated area at the end of shift. Dress plants and gardens for the season and rotate them to the sales floor as needed. Assisting in the inventory of fresh goods, hard goods, and floral products. Assist in rotating flowers, disposing of fresh products utilizing Loss Sheets, and maintaining the cleanliness of fresh flower coolers. Create sympathy flowers, including casket sprays, standing sprays, funeral baskets, and fireside baskets. Create bows by hand, in various sizes. Familiar with production style design and holiday practices.
