Overview The Floral Room is seeking an experienced floral designer skilled in airy, whimsical designs. You'll create retail day-to-day florals for the most part and event florals when we have events. You will be responsible for processing flowers, fulfill daily production, and support event floral as needed. We do not produce compact or English-style arrangements. Duties Design and assemble airy/whimsical bouquets, centerpieces, installations, and event florals Stand for up to 8 hours/day and lift up to 40 lbs as needed Process and hydrate flowers and greens for maximum vase life Fill daily retail and special event orders Speak with customers as needed Assist with on-site event installs; comfortable working on ladders for setups Maintain clean, organized workspaces Operate shop tools and POS systems Requirements Minimum 2 years' experience working as a floral designer in a floral shop Proven portfolio showing airy/whimsical design work Comfortable standing 8 hours/day Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends as needed Reliable transportation Flexible schedule Preferred Previous event floral experience Live 20 minutes or less from the shop What We Offer $20-$22/hr depending on experience + tips Full time Work in a creative, fast-paced floral studio How to Apply Please send resume and portfolio/photos of recent work to thefloralroomnashville@gmail.com with the subject " Floral Designer Application - Franklin, TN. Pay:
