Who We are In Bloom Flowers is a locally owned and operated florist in Carrollton TX . We have been providing quality customer service and expertly designed floral arrangements to our customers since 1989. About The Position We are seeking individuals with a desire to learn floral design. We will teach you everything you need to know to become a productive member of our top-notch design team. We'll start with basic floral arrangements, and over time progress to wedding and sympathy designs. We will schedule a design interview, one of our expert designers will teach the class how to make an arrangement. Candidates will be evaluated and top candidates will be offered a position. This position is staffed 30 - 35 hours per week. Floral design interview where you will learn how to make an arrangement with our expert instructor. The top candidates will be selected and join our In Bloom team as design trainees. If you'd like to learn a new skill and have a career in floral design, we'd like to hear from you.
