This role blends artistry with logistics — managing floral ordering, prep, production, and on-site installations with precision and creativity. As a leader within our production team, you'll collaborate with sales, creative, and freelance designers to transform concepts into extraordinary experiences. From recipe creation to large-scale floral builds, you'll ensure every petal and detail reflects our signature excellence. What You'll Do Communication & Collaboration Lead daily coordination with full-time, part-time, and freelance staff to meet production goals. Partner closely with Sales and Production teams to align on timelines, priorities, and floral needs. Keep communication clear and proactive — across email, text, and in-person check-ins. Design Translation Review event proposals to assess floral needs, rigging, large builds, and pricing. Collaborate with creative and sales teams to ensure proposals are realistic, innovative, and on-brand. Attend all Stage 3 prototype meetings and contribute creative input, sketches, and notes. Floral Ordering & Recipe Creation Create detailed floral recipes in Details software that align with event vision, color palette, and budget. Communicate with wholesalers regarding availability, quality, and pricing. Submit recipes for approval, order floral on schedule, and track costs accurately. Floral Processing & Prep Oversee receiving, prepping, and organizing all incoming floral. Ensure all product meets quality standards and reconcile orders with receipts. Maintain accurate floral inventory and cost documentation. Production Leadership Lead in-studio floral production, managing freelance designers to uphold creative and quality standards. Provide direction, feedback, and support to ensure flawless execution. Troubleshoot challenges and coordinate solutions quickly and effectively. Event Installations Pack, load, and transport floral with care. Lead or assist with on-site floral installations — bringing creative visions to life under real-world conditions. Collaborate with other production leads to ensure seamless execution. Post-Event Wrap-Up Oversee post-event clean-up, dismantling florals, recycling materials, and reorganizing the studio. Track and report floral and supply expenses accurately. You're a Great Fit If You…Have deep knowledge of floral design and event production. Thrive in creative, fast-paced environments.
