Modern office setting Key Responsibilities Floral Design & Production Lead the floral team in designing and executing stunning floral arrangements for weddings, corporate events, and special occasions. Source and maintain relationships with flower wholesalers and vendors. Oversee floral inventory, ensuring freshness and quality. Train and mentor junior florists. Coordinate floral installations and on-site event setups. Office Management & Administration Manage scheduling, client inquiries, and vendor communications. Oversee order processing, invoicing, and payments. Maintain company records, contracts, and event documentation. Assist in marketing efforts, including social media updates and promotional materials. Ensure the workspace is organized and operational.

Qualifications & Skills Floral Design Experience:

Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in floral design and event styling.

Leadership Skills:

Experience leading a team and managing floral production.

Office Administration:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Tech-Savvy:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and scheduling software.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and handle last-minute changes. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a floral shop or event design company. Familiarity with CRM and project management tools. Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus
