Your passion for flowers and design will help bring beauty and joy to our community while supporting our retail operations. Duties Create beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail Assist customers in selecting flowers, plants, and related products, providing expert advice on floral design and plant care Maintain the floral display area by merchandising products attractively, stocking fresh flowers regularly, and organizing supplies efficiently Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for sales transactions, handle cash and card payments accurately, and process customer orders seamlessly(this is not a must) Qualifications Proven experience in floral design or related fields such as gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance Strong knowledge of plant identification, floral arrangement techniques, and plant care best practices Excellent communication skills in English or Spanish; multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customers effectively Passion for customer service with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for floral artistry Join us to cultivate your talents in a lively environment where your creativity makes a difference!
