Flower Preservation Designer

We are seeking a Floral Preservation Designer with an artistic eye and strong design sensibility to join our creative team. In this role, you will work hands-on with dried flowers, designing custom layouts for preservation orders and assisting with the creative process from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:

Design and arrange client bouquets into layouts for trays, blocks, and frames Collaborate with the team to ensure each order reflects client requests and studio standards Handle delicate flowers with care and attention to detail Assist with creative brainstorming and artistic direction for new products Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Qualifications:

Artistic eye with strong sense of color, balance, and design Experience in art, floral design, resin art, or related creative fields preferred Ability to work carefully with fragile materials Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design guidelines Reliable, self-motivated, and a team player
