Job Description

We are looking for a talented and creative Part-Time Floral Designer (20-30 hours per week) with a passion for flowers, plants, and exceptional customer service. If you enjoy designing beautiful floral arrangements, working in a collaborative environment, and helping customers celebrate life's special moments, we'd love to meet you! Responsibilities Design and create fresh floral arrangements for everyday occasions, weddings, sympathy, holidays, and special events. Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with floral and plant selections. Process and care for fresh flowers, plants, and inventory to maintain quality and freshness. Create attractive floral and retail displays that enhance the shopping experience. Assist with retail sales, order fulfillment, and point-of-sale transactions. Help manage inventory, receive shipments, and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of customer orders. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of floral design experience in a boutique or luxury flower shop required. Creativity with a strong eye for color, texture, and design. Knowledge of fresh flower care, plants, and basic horticulture is a plus. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods. Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.
