Join Gibby Floral as a Part-Time Florist in Roy, UT! Are you passionate about flowers and creating beautiful arrangements? Do you enjoy working in a creative and customer-focused environment? Gibby Floral is looking for a part-time florist to join our team in Roy, UT! If you have a knack for floral design and love bringing smiles to customers' faces, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. What You'll Do As a valued member of the Gibby Floral team, your responsibilities will include: Designing stunning floral arrangements for a variety of occasions. Answering phones and assisting customers with inquiries and orders. Taking orders and operating our Point of Sale (POS) system. Providing excellent customer service to ensure every customer leaves with a smile. Occasionally going on deliveries (a clean driving record is required). What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who: Has at least 1 year of floral design experience (preferred). Enjoys interacting with customers and has prior customer service experience (preferred). Is reliable, punctual, and able to adhere to company policies and standards. Is 18 years or older (required for insurance purposes). Has an impeccable driving record for occasional deliveries. While experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic and passion for floral design. Schedule & Compensation Part-time position with mandatory rotating Saturdays. Workload may vary depending on the day—some days will be busier than others. Starting wages of $13-$15/hour , based on experience. Raise review after the first 90 days. Why Join Gibby Floral?
