Job Summary Flower Creations is looking for a dependable, energetic, and customer-focused Floral Shop Assistant to join our growing team! This is a hands-on position where no two days are the same. You'll assist with the daily operations of the flower shop, provide outstanding customer service, and help create beautiful floral gifts for our community. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required, as you'll regularly assist customers in both languages. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in-store and over the phone Take and process floral orders for pickup and delivery Help design and prepare floral arrangements (training provided) Process and care for fresh flowers, including trimming stems, changing water, and conditioning flowers Clean and organize the shop, cooler, workstations, and customer areas Restock merchandise, balloons, gifts, and floral supplies Answer phone calls and provide excellent customer service Operate the point-of-sale system and process payments Assist with inventory and receiving flower shipments Help prepare orders for delivery Make flower deliveries when needed (valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred) Support the team during holidays and other busy floral seasons

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Reliable, punctual, and motivated Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented and organized Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds Willing to learn floral design and flower care (experience is a plus but not required) Available to work weekends and major floral holidays, including Valentine's Day and Mother's Day If you love working with people, enjoy being creative, and want to be part of a fun, fast-paced local flower shop, we'd love to hear from you!
