Office Assistant Part-Time • $15-$18/hour • Falls Church, VA We're looking for an organized, reliable Office Assistant to help keep our Falls Church office running smoothly day to day. You'll be the glue between our technicians, our customers, and our local parts suppliers — running errands, keeping things in order, and pitching in on the website and customer communication as needed. Essential Functions Pick up and drop off appliance parts from local suppliers and vendors. Sort and organize parts in the office. Keep the office organized and running smoothly. Contact customers by phone or email as needed. List and update products on the company website. Qualification Requirements No prior experience required — we'll train you on our systems. Tech-savvy and comfortable with computers, including updating a website. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local parts runs. Friendly, organized, and reliable — comfortable juggling a few different tasks in a day.
