Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and skilled Floral Designer to join our team. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements and designs for various occasions and settings. Your creativity will be instrumental in crafting unique pieces that exceed our clients' expectations. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a passion for floral design, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Design and create floral arrangements for events such as weddings, parties, and corporate functions. Source and select flowers, greenery, and other decorative items to meet design specifications. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Maintain and care for flowers to ensure longevity and freshness. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role. Proficiency in floral design techniques and styles. Strong creativity and artistic skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Knowledge of flower varieties, seasonality, and care.
