Overview Join our fast-growing company as a Silk Floral Designer. In this creative role, you will help our team create and accent our luxury silk floral arrangements as we prepare for weddings and events. We're looking for energetic, artistic, detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing studio environment. Responsibilities Design and assemble beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. This role is perfect for passionate individuals eager to grow their skills in floral design while contributing to our fun, growing team. Whether you're experienced in floral work or just starting out in the floral industry and want to learn, your enthusiasm and dedication will help us keep up with demand. Days/hours are flexible in Warrenton, VA, some weekend installation work required. Must be able to lift at least 25lbs and stand for long periods of time.
