Our three divisions work together to provide turnkey solutions for signage, sports audio/video, and advertising and marketing services. Job Summary ACE Company is seeking a Technical Graphic Designer to join our creative team and support projects across all three divisions. This role combines graphic design expertise with technical knowledge to develop accurate, production-ready artwork, client renderings, permitting documents, and digital graphics for signage, sports, and media applications. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, understands how designs translate into physical manufacturing and digital applications, and can take a concept from initial rendering through production. Experience in the signage industry is preferred , but candidates with strong technical drawing or production design experience in another industry will also be considered. Key Responsibilities Technical & Conceptual Artwork Create conceptual art renderings for clients based on project requirements, quoted scope, and manufacturing capabilities. Review Bills of Materials (BOMs) and project quotes to ensure conceptual designs accurately reflect the approved scope. Develop conceptual renderings using an understanding of materials, fabrication methods, illumination, mounting, and other manufacturing requirements. Convert conceptual renderings into accurately scaled, production-ready artwork that can be used by design technicians to create shop drawings. Create production-ready artwork with all required measurements, materials, color specifications, illumination details, mounting information, and other technical callouts. Provide accurate color callouts for faces, cabinet skins, returns, trim, raceway, and other sign components. Create architectural-scale renderings and drawings when required. Review and incorporate permitting requirements into artwork and renderings for permit approvals. Convert rasterized graphics into clean, production-ready vector artwork. Ensure artwork is accurate, manufacturable, and consistent with project specifications and brand standards. ACE Sports & Digital Graphics Create layouts and graphics for virtual scoreboard displays. Design scoreboard templates and digital display graphics. Create logo animations for video board displays. Design game-day graphics and animations for ACE Sports projects. Marketing & Media Support Design graphic elements and artwork for marketing materials, presentations, and promotional projects. Create graphics and visual assets supporting ACE Media advertising and marketing initiatives. Assist with other creative and technical design projects across ACE Company as needed. Qualifications Associate degree in Graphic Design or related field required. 5+ years of professional graphic design experience. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite , with strong expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop . Demonstrated ability to create both creative and technical artwork. Strong understanding of scale, dimensions, materials, color specifications, and production processes. Ability to interpret quotes, BOMs, permitting requirements, and technical project information. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to translate creative concepts into practical, manufacturable designs. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Professional portfolio required. Sign industry experience preferred; technical drawing, architectural graphics, manufacturing, engineering, or other related technical design experience will be considered. Pay:

$40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
