Job Description

Grads Photography has a fully equipped in-house yearbook printing facility. We are seeking a dedicated individual to collaborate with school yearbook advisors to design and oversee the production of yearbooks. If you are a motivated team player with a keen eye for detail and strong management skills, we want to hear from you. We are looking to fill this position immediately with highly qualified individuals.
Primary Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with school yearbook advisors to design and manage yearbook production. Provide prompt and efficient resolution to customer inquiries. Utilize Adobe products (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office products effectively. Manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent time management and prioritization skills. Demonstrate strong computer skills, including proficiency in Internet Explorer, MS Word, MS Excel, and Gmail. Maintain organization and attention to detail throughout the production process.
Qualifications:
Available to work Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm (hours may vary). Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat). Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities. High school diploma or equivalent. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Reliable transportation. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently.
Recommended Experience:
