Job Description
- Manage assigned recurring print projects.
- Communicate regularly with clients, Senior Designers, and Brand Directors.
- Manage advertising design, setup, and production.
- Coordinate copy needs with the Copywriter.
- Determine project requirements and request missing images, content, or other materials from clients.
- Make client-requested and internal corrections.
- Maintain project schedules and meet deadlines.
- Typeset and place images in print advertisements.
- Process, name, and file client images correctly.
- Clip and retouch images as needed.
- Review advertisements throughout production to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Create proof PDFs.
- Create and upload press-ready PDFs.
- Create PDFs for web content.
- Assist other designers when necessary.
- Participate in team and company meetings. Qualifications
- Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. What Success Looks Like
- Completing projects efficiently within projected time expectations.
- Producing accurate work with minimal internal corrections.
- Receiving positive feedback through employee reviews, peer reviews, and client surveys.
- Maintaining high standards while consistently meeting client expectations. Position Details
