Tempe, AZ Job Details Full-time $21 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Filing Schedule management Digital photography software Photo editing Attention to detail Graphic design software Layout design Full Job Description Job Summary DW Green Company is seeking a detail-oriented Graphic Designer / Production Artist to execute the design and production of recurring client projects. Reporting to the Brand Director, this position helps preserve each client's brand perception and alignment through accuracy, efficiency, attention to detail, strong layout, typesetting, design, and original concepts. Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned recurring print projects.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, Senior Designers, and Brand Directors.
  • Manage advertising design, setup, and production.
  • Coordinate copy needs with the Copywriter.
  • Determine project requirements and request missing images, content, or other materials from clients.
  • Make client-requested and internal corrections.
  • Maintain project schedules and meet deadlines.
  • Typeset and place images in print advertisements.
  • Process, name, and file client images correctly.
  • Clip and retouch images as needed.
  • Review advertisements throughout production to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Create proof PDFs.
  • Create and upload press-ready PDFs.
  • Create PDFs for web content.
  • Assist other designers when necessary.
  • Participate in team and company meetings. Qualifications
  • Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. What Success Looks Like
  • Completing projects efficiently within projected time expectations.
  • Producing accurate work with minimal internal corrections.
  • Receiving positive feedback through employee reviews, peer reviews, and client surveys.
  • Maintaining high standards while consistently meeting client expectations. Position Details

  • $21 per hour
