About the
Role:
The Vinyl & Print Graphics Tech is a production-based position that takes place in a fast-paced shop environment. Reporting directly to our Print & Vinyl Manager, this position is full-time, with some weekends required. Our ideal candidate will exhibit reliability, high attention to detail and accuracy, thrive in a deadline-driven environment, who desire to learn and grow within the trade for a busy Tempe sign company!
Experience working with vinyl:
plotting, weeding, applying is a plus, but not required.
Job Responsibilities:
Vinyl application & trimming Printing and Cutting
  • Operate large-format printers and vinyl cutting machines to produce different decals, banners, posters, wraps, and other printed materials Documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of job status Quality Control
  • Inspect finished products for defects, color accuracy, and adherence to design specifications. Make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards Maintaining shop/work area and equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing and cutting equipment to ensure optimal performance Safety & Compliance
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and best practices for handling chemicals, machinery, and equipment.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards What we require: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to stand for long periods of time Must be able to work independently and self directed Must be able to succeed in both individual and team environment Ability to read, understand and follow work order instructions in English Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with proficiency in English General PC Skills It would be great if you also had: Experience in Sign Manufacturing Business 2+ years of Vinyl and/or Print sign making experience preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive Pay | Compensation is based on experience Generous benefits
