Job Description
Role:
The Vinyl & Print Graphics Tech is a production-based position that takes place in a fast-paced shop environment. Reporting directly to our Print & Vinyl Manager, this position is full-time, with some weekends required. Our ideal candidate will exhibit reliability, high attention to detail and accuracy, thrive in a deadline-driven environment, who desire to learn and grow within the trade for a busy Tempe sign company!Experience working with vinyl:
plotting, weeding, applying is a plus, but not required.Job Responsibilities:
Vinyl application & trimming Printing and Cutting- Operate large-format printers and vinyl cutting machines to produce different decals, banners, posters, wraps, and other printed materials Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of job status Quality Control
- Inspect finished products for defects, color accuracy, and adherence to design specifications. Make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards Maintaining shop/work area and equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing and cutting equipment to ensure optimal performance Safety & Compliance
- Adhere to safety guidelines and best practices for handling chemicals, machinery, and equipment.
