Job Description
GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Leg Avenue is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. This is a hands-on, production-focused role with a strong emphasis on marketing, e-commerce, website, and social media assets. The ideal candidate combines excellent technical execution with strong creative judgment and can independently manage projects from initial request through final delivery. Candidates should be comfortable working with fashion, lingerie, hosiery, costume, and lifestyle imagery intended primarily for a female consumer audience. This position reports to the Director of Branding and Communications and works closely with the creative, marketing, e-commerce, and social media teams.RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and finalize production-ready artwork for packaging, catalogs, marketing, e-commerce, and social media Design and update website layouts, landing pages, and Amazon Brand Stores, including banners, navigation graphics, product tiles, and supporting assets Create and adapt campaign assets for email, retailer platforms, Instagram, Tik-Tok, and other digital channels Apply established brand standards, typography, photography, color, and design elements consistently Serve as a primary quality-control point for artwork, copy, product details, and file specifications Retouch, color-correct, clip, mask, resize, and organize product and lifestyle imagery Independently manage multiple projects, priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder feedback Maintain and archive image files and other brand assets Support additional creative and production projects as assignedQUALIFICATIONS 2-4
years of professional graphic design experience, including production design, packaging, print, digital marketing, or social media Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Advanced proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Strong production, photo-retouching, and file-preparation skills for print and digital use Experience creating marketing and social media assets in multiple formats Experience designing website, e-commerce, and Amazon Brand Store assets preferred Excellent attention to detail, organization, communication, and time-management skills Ability to work independently, manage changing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience with fashion, beauty, lingerie, apparel, lifestyle, or consumer brands preferred Portfolio demonstrating relevant production, packaging, and digital design work requiredPOSITION DETAILS
