Job Description
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or a related field with 2+ years of professional experience. Industry experience in packaging design for the beauty and skincare industry. Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects). Knowledge of additional video editing tools is a plus. Basic understanding of and experience in photography and videography. High level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of color theory, combinations, and the Pantone system. Adaptability to design for different brands with distinct styles and personalities. Knowledge of digital content creation across mobile, web platforms, and e-commerce applications (e.g., Shopify, Amazon). Ability to work independently and efficiently, with strong organizational skills in file preparation.Portfolio requirement:
Must provide a portfolio to be considered for the position, showcasing a range of professional design styles and projects (no school projects).What You'll Do:
Assist in the creation of digital and print materials, including social media graphics, website banners, and product packaging. Work closely with other team members to understand design needs and execute creative concepts. Stay up-to-date with design trends in the beauty and skincare industry, helping the team incorporate the latest styles and visuals into projects. Create mockups and design presentations for new products. Prepare files for print production , ensuring all specifications (resolution, color mode, etc.) are strictly met. Edit images and videos for use in marketing materials, social media campaigns, and websites. Join us as we create compelling visual narratives that inspire and engage our audience.Job Type:
