The Graphic Designer executes high-quality, on-brand creative assets across cabi's digital, social, print, and site channels. Working from creative briefs, brand guidelines, and established templates, this role brings campaigns and seasonal content to life with strong craft and reliable turnaround, partnering closely with the Art Director and broader Creative team. Key Responsibilities Design and produce creative assets across email, site, social, print, and campaign materials, following creative briefs and brand guidelines. Execute within cabi's established Figma templates and design systems, ensuring consistent, on-brand output across channels. Partner with the Art Director and Senior Graphic Designer to bring seasonal concepts and photoshoot selects to life across marketing touchpoints. Proof and quality-check your own design work for brand consistency, accuracy, and polish before handoff. Collaborate with Copy, Social, Production, and Marketing to ensure design assets align with campaign timing and content strategy. Manage multiple design requests and revisions, meeting deadlines across concurrent projects. Stay current on design trends and platform best practices, bringing fresh ideas to routine execution work. Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. 2-4 years of graphic design experience, ideally within a fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brand environment. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong portfolio demonstrating clean execution across digital, social, and print formats. Solid understanding of typography, layout, and brand consistency. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
