Overview We are seeking a creative and highly motivated Graphic Designer specializing in branded environments to help transform offices, workplaces, and commercial spaces into engaging, visually impactful environments. This role goes beyond traditional graphic design. The ideal candidate can take a customer's existing brand—or a broader theme, concept, or vision—and translate it into a cohesive physical space through environmental graphics, wall treatments, signage, dimensional elements, custom artwork, and other creative applications. You will work closely with clients, project managers, production teams, and installers to develop concepts that not only look great on screen but can also be successfully produced and installed in real-world environments. What you will do Develop creative concepts for office spaces, workplaces, lobbies, conference rooms, employee areas, and other commercial environments Translate a client's existing brand identity, culture, history, or company values into a physical environment Take broad themes or creative ideas and elevate them into sophisticated, cohesive environmental designs Design wall graphics, murals, dimensional lettering, signage, window graphics, privacy film, custom artwork, wayfinding, displays, and other branded elements Apply graphics and concepts to photographs, elevations, and architectural drawings to show proposed installations Prepare accurate production-ready artwork for large-format printing, fabrication, and installation Work closely with production and installation teams to ensure designs are feasible, properly scaled, and executed as intended Participate in client meetings and help present creative concepts and design recommendations Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail What we are looking for Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent graphic design and conceptual thinking Ability to think beyond a flat page or screen and design for three-dimensional physical spaces Strong understanding of branding, typography, color, composition, scale, and visual storytelling Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign Ability to create realistic visual mockups and presentations Comfortable working with architectural elevations, floor plans, measurements, and large-scale graphics Strong communication skills and the ability to interpret sometimes-vague client ideas and turn them into compelling creative concepts Detail-oriented with an understanding of how design decisions translate into production
