We're looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who wants to grow into a well-rounded creative professional. This is an in-office position for someone eager to learn, collaborate, and contribute across a wide range of branding and marketing projects. About the Role This position is ideal for a designer who understands that great design is about solving problems—not simply making things look good. You'll work alongside our Creative Director, Marketing team, and Account Managers to develop brand systems, digital campaigns, print collateral, social media content, presentations, environmental graphics, websites, and motion graphics. Every day is different. One morning you may be designing a restaurant menu, in the afternoon creating social media animations for a tourism campaign, and later preparing production files for a large-format mural or developing assets for a new brand identity. What You'll Do Design across digital, print, environmental, and experiential media Assist in creating and maintaining complete brand identity systems Develop logos, typography systems, color palettes, and brand guidelines Create marketing campaigns for hospitality, tourism, retail, nonprofit, and commercial clients Design social media graphics, carousels, Stories, Reels, and digital advertising Edit short-form videos for social media using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software Design presentations, pitch decks, event branding, signage, wayfinding, and environmental graphics Prepare print-ready production files for commercial printing and large-format graphics Collaborate with photographers, videographers, copywriters, and marketing strategists Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative concept development Maintain organized project files and follow established design systems Support multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment Attend client meetings, photo shoots, community events, and agency-sponsored activations We're Looking For Someone Who Loves branding as much as graphic design Thinks beyond individual graphics and understands cohesive visual systems Has strong typography and layout skills Enjoys learning new creative tools and technologies Has a positive attitude and thrives in a collaborative environment Pays close attention to detail Can accept creative feedback and iterate quickly Is organized, dependable, and self-motivated Enjoys working on multiple brands and industries simultaneously Required Skills Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Illustrator InDesign Photoshop Working knowledge of: Adobe Premiere Pro Adobe After Effects (preferred) Adobe Express (a plus) Canva CapCut or Edits Experience designing for both print and digital platforms Strong understanding of typography, hierarchy, composition, and color Familiarity with responsive web design and UI best practices Understanding of social media content creation and platform specifications Knowledge of commercial print production and file preparation Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining quality Bonus Skills Experience with any of the following is a plus: Figma WordPress Webflow Canva Motion graphics Photography Photo retouching Packaging design Environmental graphics Wayfinding systems Illustration AI-powered creative tools and workflows Qualifications Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design, or related field 1-3 years of professional design experience (agency experience preferred) Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital design, typography, and marketing work Experience creating both print and digital assets Excellent written and verbal communication skills What Success Looks Like Within your first year, you'll become a trusted member of our creative team who can confidently contribute across branding, marketing campaigns, digital media, print production, and creative strategy.
