Production Graphic Artist TomaxUSA is a leading supplier of technology products in the promotional products industry. We were founded over 35 years ago, and have always been an innovator in the space, constantly pushing the boundaries of the industry. We are seeking a highly motivated Production Graphic Artist to join our fast-growing and exciting team!

Responsibilities:

Assist with processing artwork approvals. Assign ship dates to orders and update the system accordingly. Create virtual samples and proofs for customers. Create work orders and print files for the production team. Respond to customer art emails in a fast and professional manner. Other duties as necessary and assigned.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Gmail, Drive) required. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop required

Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation skills. Strong creative and artistic skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, while also being able to work on projects with minimal supervision. Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
