This role is primarily executional, focused on creating cohesive, polished layouts by applying existing design systems across multiple documents and formats. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working in PowerPoint, and excels at rolling out consistent design across a high volume of assets. Key Responsibilities Create and update templated graphics for internal and store-facing use Design and maintain internal documents, including weekly communications distributed to store fleets and cross-functional teams Update and standardize existing materials to ensure a cohesive visual look and feel Systematically apply established designs from one document across multiple formats and materials Support new store graphics, including "under construction" visuals and signage Ensure all deliverables align with brand standards and presentation best practices Execute high-volume updates with speed, accuracy, and close attention to detail Qualifications Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong emphasis on production and template-based work Advanced PowerPoint proficiency (required) Strong eye for layout, spacing, typography, and visual consistency Ability to take existing designs and efficiently apply them across multiple documents Comfortable working with minimal conceptual direction and predefined design systems Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
