Job Summary We are seeking a Junior Graphic Production Artist to join our Marketing Team. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone about to graduate art/design school, a recent graduate, or someone with up to one year of experience. You'll support our senior designer, help maintain brand consistency, and gain hands-on experience across print, digital, and packaging projects. The right candidate will have opportunities to learn, grow, and develop professionally within the company. A portfolio link is required for consideration. Job Responsibilities Assist the team with day-to-day design and production needs. Review final layouts and add finishing touches to creative assets. Prepare production-ready files for print, web, and social media based on provided specifications. Assist with troubleshooting design or file issues internally and with vendors/printers. Review and proof graphic materials before projects are finalized. Support the creation of graphic assets, including image resizing, color correction, layout adjustments, product photos and mock-ups. Organize, archive, and maintain clean file structures for future use. Perform additional tasks as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications Working toward or recently completed a design-related degree (Graphic Design, Visual Communication, etc.). Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. A good eye for layout, color, typography, and overall visual design. Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and stay organized. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and bring fresh ideas. Enthusiastic, collaborative, and eager to learn. Bonus Skills (Not Required): Experience with MailChimp, iContact, BigCommerce, or similar platforms. Familiarity with social media design.

Pay:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
