We're looking for a creative, versatile storyteller who can capture the many sides of life at Seven Arrows and help us tell our story with clarity, consistency, and heart. The Role The Social Media Manager & Graphic Designer brings the school's visual and social presence to life. This person will translate our mission, vision, and the aesthetic into compelling content across social platforms, print, and digital materials. You'll work closely with the Head of School and senior leadership team to make sure every post and every design moves our message forward. This role is ideal for someone who can quickly absorb an organization's identity, from its values and voice to its visual style, and then produce polished work at a steady, fast pace without losing quality. What You'll Do Social Media Plan, create, and publish content across platforms, maintaining a consistent content calendar aligned with the school year and key events. Capture the day-to-day life of the school through photography, short-form video, and stories that reflect our mission and community. Capture and share signature school moments, including our weekly Kuyam gatherings and cross-curricular festivals, through photography, video, and timely posts. Write captions and copy in the school's voice, ensuring every post supports our messaging priorities. Monitor engagement and analytics, share regular insights, and adjust strategy based on what resonates with families, prospective families, and alumni. Respond to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner and flag sensitive issues to leadership. Graphic Design Design print and digital materials including, but not limited to: event invitations, newsletters, signage, presentations, social graphics, and programs for festivals. Create internal materials for the senior leadership team, such as organizational charts, presentations, facilities planning visuals, and other documents used for school operations and planning. Uphold the school's brand standards, ensuring all materials match the established aesthetic. Maintain an organized library of templates, brand assets, and photography. Manage multiple projects and competing deadlines, often with quick turnarounds during peak seasons. What We're Looking For Brand and Mission Alignment A strong instinct for understanding an organization's ethos, voice, and visual identity, and the ability to reflect it quickly and accurately in your work. Comfort taking direction and feedback from leadership, and turning it into refined work without losing momentum. Genuine interest in education, the magic of childhood, and in telling the story of a school community. Experience and Skills 3-5 years of experience in social media management, graphic design, or a combined creative role; school, nonprofit, or mission-driven experience is a plus. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva; video editing experience (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar) strongly preferred. Working knowledge of social scheduling and analytics tools. Solid photography and short-form video skills. Excellent writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for detail.
