CAM brought its operations to California in 2018 and has grown into one of the state's leading premium cannabis brands. CAM is one of California's best-selling premium flower brands and has recently ranked #1 among independent/non-MSO flower brands in California. About the Role CAM is looking for a Production Graphic Designer to join our creative team in Seal Beach. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for a designer who is highly detail-oriented, technically strong, and comfortable taking established creative concepts and translating them across a wide range of physical and digital applications. The position is primarily production-focused but will also include opportunities for original creative design. Responsibilities Reproduce, adapt, and resize existing CAM artwork across multiple formats and applications. Create production-ready artwork for wall wraps, retail cubbies, bookcases/displays, banners, flyers, signage, and other environmental graphics. Build and maintain packaging artwork, dielines, and print-ready production files. Create and update apparel and product tech packs. Produce digital and print marketing assets while maintaining brand consistency. Prepare mechanical files, bleeds, color specifications, dimensions, and vendor-ready artwork. Make revisions and versions of existing artwork efficiently across multiple SKUs, sizes, formats, and campaigns. Collaborate with the Creative Director, marketing team, vendors, printers, and production partners. Assist with original creative concepts and design development when needed. Required Skills Intermediate to advanced Adobe Illustrator. Intermediate to advanced Adobe Photoshop. Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, and brand consistency. Experience preparing files for large-format printing, packaging, and commercial print production. Experience creating both print and digital marketing assets. Comfortable working with dielines, vector artwork, image retouching, and production specifications. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Experience Previous experience in production graphic design, packaging, retail, apparel, or a consumer brand environment. Cannabis industry experience is a plus. Experience working with printers, fabricators, packaging vendors, and other outside production partners. Bonus Skills After Effects Blender / 3D We're looking for someone who combines strong production discipline with a good creative eye: someone who can take an established CAM visual direction and execute it accurately across everything from a small packaging dieline to a full-scale retail wall installation.
