This is a Production art role , focused on preparing, refining, and organizing apparel mockups for embroidery, screenprint, heat transfer, DTG, and laser engraver. If you're a detail-oriented designer who thrives on structure, consistency, and quality, this role is for you. Responsibilities Prepare and proof vector artwork for apparel mockups (internal and external use) Create clean, production-ready files that meet manufacturing and quality standards Ensure all artwork follows brand guidelines, internal processes, and technical specifications Collaborate with sales, production, and admin teams to visually represent client orders Work closely with sales reps to meet proof deadlines and apply revisions accurately Submit client proofs via email and through internal systems for approval Output approved art to the Production system for multiple decoration methods Track and managing multiple orders and artwork through all production stages Organize and deliver final files, proof packets, and artwork to appropriate departments Enter and manage artwork details in ShopWorks software (Training Provided) Proofread all art files and consult with the Art Director when needed Assist with additional duties as assigned by management Qualifications Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (vector-based artwork experience required) Comfortable working on a PC and using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Basic knowledge of apparel decoration production is a plus Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong communication skills; able to interpret feedback and technical instructions Ability to work independently and take initiative Team-oriented with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Color comprehension, and Quality Control understanding.
