00 per hour Join a dynamic packaging and product artwork team where you'll help create and maintain labeling and artwork that supports manufacturing operations and product launches. This hybrid opportunity offers hands-on work with cross-functional partners, attention to detail, and the chance to contribute to high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Develop packaging and product artwork for labels, lidstock, and display box materials in support of manufacturing needs. Prepare artwork for formal approval processes and help maintain labeling development procedures. Review vendor proofs, identify corrections, and communicate updates to ensure printed materials align with approved artwork. Manage multiple projects at once while adapting to changing priorities and deadlines. Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve questions and issues throughout the artwork development process. Write and execute software validation protocols and prepare validation test reports. Skills Strong graphic design production experience with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and Microsoft Office. Comfort working on both Mac and PC operating systems. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to balance multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a changing environment. Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with peers and leadership across departments. Preferred Skills Experience developing labeling for medical device or regulated products. Familiarity with labeling systems such as Priysm or Loftware/Spectrum. Experience supporting software validation activities. A four-year degree or equivalent related experience.
